My name is Ryder Hicks, and my journey with videography began as a simple curiosity with me and my dad wanting to pick up a new hobby, and soon it turned into a lifelong passion. What started as creating gaming edits and highlight videos quickly turned into telling storys through visuals and capturing energy and emotion in every frame.
Now, as a Division I swimmer at the University of Louisville with over 5+ of experience in videography, photography, and video editing, I’ve learned how to merge the discipline of athletics with the creativity I have behind the camera. That same drive that fuels me in athletics pushes me to create content that feels powerful, intentional, and authentic.
